1. Overview
We provide technical services (server installation, panel setup, development, plugins, automation, etc.) and may offer digital products. Because many services involve time, access setup, and custom work, refund eligibility depends on the service type and work status.

Purchases made via affiliate links are governed by the third-party provider’s refund policy. We do not process refunds for those purchases directly.
3. Refund Eligibility
Digital Products
If you purchase a digital product, refunds may be considered within 7 days only if the product is significantly different from the description or is technically unusable.
Note: If a digital item has been downloaded/accessed, refunds may be denied unless the file is defective or incorrect.
Development, Server Setup & Installation Services
Before work starts: If you cancel before we begin work, you may be eligible for a full refund (minus non-refundable processing fees, if applicable).
After work starts: Refunds are not guaranteed. If approved, they are typically pro-rated based on work completed and time spent.
Setup & access work: If we have already performed installation, configuration, deployment, access setup, or troubleshooting on your server, that portion may be non-refundable.
Completed delivery: No refunds after the agreed scope is delivered and verified on your server/environment.
Client delays: If delivery is delayed because required access/info is not provided, refunds may not be possible once work has started.
Non-Refundable Items
Deposits/booking fees after work starts or a slot is reserved
Work delivered as per agreed scope
Third-party purchases: VPS, domains, licenses, paid scripts/plugins, API fees
Rush/emergency service fees (if applicable)
Affiliate purchases (refund via provider only)
4. How to Request a Refund

We usually respond within 3–5 business days.
5. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds: typically processed within 7–10 business days
Bank/credit card refunds may take additional time to reflect depending on your provider
6. Chargebacks and Disputes
Please contact us first before filing a chargeback. In many cases we can resolve issues quickly. If a chargeback is filed, we may suspend access to delivered resources/services and may dispute the chargeback with evidence of work performed and delivery.
