Surya Rajgor provides:
Educational content and tutorials related to game servers, Linux administration, and development
YouTube videos covering Minecraft, FiveM/RedM, Pterodactyl, Paymenter, panels, and server tech
Game server setup, optimization, security hardening, backups, monitoring and troubleshooting
Custom web development, dashboards/admin panels, APIs, automation tools and integrations
WhatsApp API setup/platform development and automation (if requested)
Minecraft plugins/datapacks development, bug fixes, updates and performance work
Digital products (if offered): templates, guides, scripts, or technical resources
Affiliate partnerships and promotional content for third-party products/services
3. Service Orders, Scope & Delivery
For paid services (server setup, panel installation, development, plugins, automation, WhatsApp API, etc.), work begins only after (a) scope is confirmed in writing (email/Discord) and (b) payment terms are agreed.
Scope: Includes only what is written in the agreed scope/invoice. Anything outside that is a change request and may be billed separately.
Client responsibilities: You must provide required access (SSH/VPS, domain/DNS, panel credentials, API keys) and respond in a timely manner. Delays in access/communication may delay delivery.
Testing & acceptance: Delivery is considered completed once the agreed scope is implemented and verified on your server/environment.
4. Payments, Deposits & Invoices
Some services may require an advance/deposit before work begins.
Once work has started, deposits/advances are generally non-refundable unless required by law or explicitly agreed in writing.
For milestone-based projects, payments are due as per the invoice schedule. Late payments may pause work.
Third-party costs (VPS, domains, licenses, paid plugins/scripts, WhatsApp fees, email/SMS providers, etc.) are paid by the client unless explicitly included in the invoice.
5. User Eligibility
By using our services, you represent and warrant that:
You are at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction)
You have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
All information you provide is accurate, current, and complete
You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations
6. Intellectual Property Rights
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, audio clips, and software, is the property of Surya Rajgor or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable IP laws.
You may:
View and access content for personal, non-commercial use
Share links to our content on social media
Embed our YouTube videos using official embed codes
You may not:

You are responsible for maintaining backups and keeping credentials secure.
We are not responsible for issues caused by third-party providers, malware, existing server issues, or actions by you/other vendors.
8. Affiliate Partnerships and Disclosures
Surya Rajgor may participate in affiliate marketing programs with hosting providers, software vendors, and technology companies. We may earn commissions from purchases through affiliate links or discount codes.
We only promote products/services we genuinely believe can help our audience. Our opinions remain honest.
9. Third-Party Services and Links
Our website may contain links to third-party websites, products, or services not owned or controlled by Surya Rajgor. We are not responsible for third-party content, privacy policies, or practices.
When you purchase through affiliate links, you enter a separate agreement with that provider.

11. Support & Maintenance
Unless stated otherwise, support is limited to the agreed support window after delivery (typically 7–30 days depending on package).
Support covers fixes related to delivered scope. New features or major changes may require a new quote.
Ongoing maintenance, monitoring, and long-term support are separate paid services unless included in your package.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Surya Rajgor DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
